It doesn't seem real, yet. In less than 24 hours we've gone from thinking about going to Europe or going on a cruise to booking a cruise IN Europe. Leigh and I have started the passport process. We've put down our deposit. Now, we're reaching out to friends and family to see if there's anyone who wants to help us celebrate this landmark by chipping in a few dollars.
We didn't have the flashiest wedding. We had a nice honeymoon, but it was in Charleston, SC (a beautiful city, but there were problems outside of our control and it was no Hawaii). We haven't really done much more than stay at a B&B here or there for anniversaries. COVID-19 even robbed us of some of that.
So, this time we're doing it up big. At least, big for us. We're getting an inside room. We got a few packages, like unlimited beverages and some excursion credits. Anythting you guys can do to make our trip more enjoyable is appreciated! Any tips you have on how to make our cruise experience more fun is also appreciated. We're new at this.
