2. When is the final cruise payment due?
Final payment is due no later than January 4, 2025 at 11:59pm est.
3. What type of documents do we need for this cruise?
Original Birth Certificates Only (No photocopies will be accepted), or valid Passports with a photo ID/Driver's License are required for you to board the ship. Please make sure you allow yourself enough time if any of these items must be replaced prior to sailing. You will not be able to board the ship without them. You must provide original birth certificates or passports for all children traveling as well.

5. Is there a "Dress Code" for the Ceremony?
Because of the tropical weather and ceremony taking place on the beach, Semi-Casual attire is appreciated, & we'd like to request that our guests wear any of our ceremony colors (Coral/White/Light Blue) for pictures. Please do not wear any beach attire (bathing suits, swim trunks, etc...) or anything black to the ceremony!
6. How can I help with this event?
If you would like to assist us by offering any of your services or talents that may be needed, i.e. hair stylist, makeup artist, photographer/videographer, singer's, host\hostess, etc. Or by volunteering your time at any of the events, please let us know.

7. What forms of payment can I use onboard the ship?
Your initial $300 deposit for your onboard account can be made by credit/debit card or cash during the check-in process at the Port of Miami. Accepted credit cards are Visa, Mastercard, & American Express. Once the Online Portal opens to complete your cruise check-in, you may enter the payment method you would like to use for your deposit. If you choose to add a credit/debit card, your $300 deposit will be placed on hold the morning of the cruise on 5/04/25. For more details, follow link below:

8. Are there any kids' programs available onboard the ship?
Yes. Take a moment to check out the kids' program, called the "Splash Academy" for ages 3yrs-12yrs. Or the "Entourage" for ages 13yrs-17yrs to participate. If so, you can register them for free so they can participate in fun daily activities throughout the cruise with other kids in their age group. These programs allow you to have some free adult time while the kids are occupied with their own activities.
9. Picture Sharing
We'd like to ask everyone to please feel free to take as many pictures of Tyrone & Kim as possible to help them capture special moments with everyone throughout the week, and share them via email at mz_worldwide27@yahoo.com.
10. Will food & drinks be served at the ceremony?
Yes. Light finger foods, sweet treats, ice cold drinks, and lots of rum punch, will be available for our guests to enjoy.
11. Is there transportation to the Vow Renewal from the Ship?
Yes. Round-trip transportation will be provided for all invited guests from the ship port to the event destination.
12. Can I make any changes to my cruise reservation after it's booked?
Yes. If you need to make any changes to your cabin, including upgrades/downgrades, please contact Tracy or the groups dept prior to 01/04/25 for assistance.
13. Are there any Cruise Group Zoom Meetings scheduled?
Yes. We will have our last two Cruise Group meetings as scheduled below:
Saturday, Nov. 16th, at 1pm est (10am pst)
Saturday, Dec. 14th, at 1pm est (10am pst)
Zoom link will be sent out via email & text 24-48hrs prior to meeting date. Please have any questions you may have prepared, so we can answer them during the meeting, or get you an answer by the next one.
